There have been recent changes to the Maine Open Water Fishing Regulations that will provide a fall fishing season for anglers targeting Togue on Sebago Lake. In a recent e-mail forwarded to me by the Link: Sebago Lake Anglers Club, Francis Brautigam states that regulations will focus on management favoring Salmon populations.
